Is there a deposit? When are the additional payments due? Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes. When the contract is signed, we require a booking retainer of $2,000 for weekend bookings or $1,000 for a weekday booking. The remaining balance is split into three additional payments. The final balance will be required 90 days prior to the event. You are welcome to send smaller, partial payments of any amount prior to the specified due date. Full payment is due 90 days prior to the event.
Do I need to schedule a tour or can I just stop by?
We kindly request that all tours are by appointment only.
Do you have decor items available and is there a charge for using those items?
Yes! We have a growing decor closet! We do not charge any extra fee to use these items, they are included with all rental packages! You can see some items that are available in our decor closet!
Will there be another wedding the same day?
At Sunset Ridge we only host one wedding each day to ensure that each couple's day is special and receives our full attention.
Are there overnight accommodations nearby?
Yes. There are several local hotels in Cleveland, TN and Dalton, GA. The La Quinta Inn & Suites in Cleveland is approximately 17 miles away and offers bulk room rates around $100 per night.
Do you offer round tables instead of farmhouse tables?
We have a limited number of round tables onsite that can be used. They can be mixed in with reception seating, but the majority of your guests will be seated at farmhouse tables.
Can I choose any vendor/caterer?
We do have a list of approved vendors we are happy to share with you. Sunset Ridge requires exclusive in-house catering & bartending.
Can we bring desserts from home or have a friend/family member prepare them for my event?
For safety reasons, all food items (including desserts) must be prepared and served by an approved, licensed, and insured vendor.
