Stress-Free Planning in Tennessee

All Inclusive Wedding Experiences at Our Chattanooga Venue

Our 200-acre private property in Cleveland, TN, pairs 360° mountain views with indoor and outdoor spaces designed for the full wedding day, from getting ready to dinner, dancing, and the final send-off.

Welcome to The Views at Sunset Ridge

Planning gets a lot easier when the biggest parts of the wedding are already connected. Just 45 minutes from downtown Chattanooga, The Views at Sunset Ridge brings the venue, planning, and catering together under one experienced team.

You still pick the details that make the wedding feel like yours. There are simply fewer vendors to find, contracts to manage, and logistics left for you to piece together along the way.

That’s our version of all-inclusive: everything already in place, with plenty of room to make it personal.

More Than Just Views

Instead of coordinating a venue, planner, caterer, bar team, florist, décor rentals, and setup yourself, our teams handle it all from the start.

This means fewer moving parts. One point of contact. A completely stress-free experience.

The result is a wedding that feels considered without feeling overly managed, and an engagement where you can spend more time making the decisions you actually care about.

Jesse Hall – Bride

360 Views. 200 Acres. One Wedding.

Start your day in separate suites, with plenty of room for your wedding party to settle in before the day begins. When it’s time for the ceremony, everything you need is already right outside.

Choose between the Mountainside overlook for up to 200 guests, the open Meadow, or a more tucked-away forest setting, with 200 private acres giving you plenty of room for photographs along the way. And if Tennessee weather changes the plan, Row Hall offers an indoor ceremony option that still feels like a choice, not just a backup.

No changing locations, coordinating arrival times, or spending part of your wedding day stuck in the car. Once you’re here, the day simply unfolds.

“Everything was beautiful. We’d love to rewind and experience it all over again.”

The ceremony and reception were wonderful! Food was amazing, and the dessert grazing table was a hit. Everything was beautiful, and they really helped bring our wedding dream to life. On top of that, they got rid of soooo much stress! The entire staff was on point. I’d honestly love to rewind to our wedding day just to experience it again. We can’t thank them enough for everything they did for our day.

All-Inclusive, Not Predetermined

All-inclusive doesn’t mean you have to choose Wedding A, B, or C. You can build your menu with our culinary team, design florals around your style, and pull together décor to match how you want the space to feel.

You’ll choose your ceremony setting, make the reception your own, and bring in the photographer, entertainment, and personal details you actually care about.

We handle more of the moving pieces behind the scenes, without making the decisions that should still feel like yours. The support is built in. Your wedding isn’t.

Comparing All Inclusive Wedding Venues in Chattanooga

Not every full-service wedding venue includes the same things. “All-inclusive” can mean everything from a venue with a few bundled extras to a full-service experience where the venue team handles most of the wedding in-house. The easiest way to compare your options is to look at how much you’ll still need to plan outside of your package.

Package Style What It Usually Includes
Venue + Essentials The property plus basics like tables and chairs. You’ll typically bring in your own catering, bar, florals, planning, and other vendors.
Partial All-Inclusive The venue bundles several major pieces—often catering, rentals, décor, or coordination—while you build the rest of your vendor team.
Full-Service All-Inclusive Planning, catering, bar service, florals, décor, setup, and coordination can all live under one roof, with fewer outside vendors left for you to manage.

The Views is a renowned full-service venue, with an in-house team handling many of the pieces that would otherwise require separate vendors and contracts.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Planning at Chattanooga Wedding Venues

The Views is in Cleveland, TN, about 45 minutes from downtown Chattanooga.

That gives you 200 private acres for the wedding itself while keeping the city close enough for welcome drinks, a rehearsal dinner, or brunch the next morning.

There are hotels throughout Cleveland along with several vacation rentals close to the property. Mountainside Manor is right next door and sleeps up to 12, while nearby options like Hillside Cabin, Red Clay Farmhouse, Countryside Cottage, and Pondside Getaway accommodate groups of different sizes.

We also provide complimentary transportation for the wedding party and can recommend local shuttle companies for additional guests.

Absolutely, and having more services under one roof can make remote planning much simpler. Our planning team works with you leading up to the wedding while catering, florals, bar service, décor, and coordination can all stay within the same team, giving you fewer separate vendors to manage from hundreds of miles away.

Yes. An inclusive wedding doesn’t have to mean a 200-person guest list. Smaller celebrations can still benefit from having the venue, food, planning, and other details handled as a package.

If you’re planning a micro wedding or more intimate celebration, ask our team about the options currently available for your guest count and date.

No single average is especially useful because guest count, location, season, package inclusions, and service level can change the total dramatically. A 50-person weekday wedding might start at $3,000, and a Saturday event package might range from $13,000 to $40,000 depending on the venue.

Instead, decide what you want included and compare complete package pricing across venues, not just the initial rental fee.

Chattanooga has a little bit of everything. You’ll find downtown event spaces, greenhouses, farms, riverfront properties, mountain venues, and several all-inclusive wedding venues in the Chattanooga area offering different levels of support.

Covey Creek offers multiple package levels, indoor and outdoor spaces, and three event packages. The Venue at the Bluffs, on the other hand, exclusively offers all-inclusive wedding packages.

For a more unique setting, the Hunter Museum of American Art brings you downtown with Chattanooga skyline views; Gardens in the Gorge sits in the Tennessee River Gorge; Riverdance features breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape; The Venue at Lilly Lou’s offers a modern greenhouse setting; and Candies Creek Farm has a more pastoral ridge setting.

The setting may help narrow your list, but if you’re comparing inclusive packages, look at the details too. Catering, planning, conditioned indoor spaces, bar service, setup, rentals, and day-of coordination in-house can help you host the celebration of a lifetime.

This depends on the venue. Some Chattanooga wedding venues use required or preferred vendor lists, while others give couples more freedom in their choices.

At The Views, several of the biggest pieces stay with our team, while choices like your photographer and entertainment are completely up to you. If you already love a particular vendor, let us know before signing your contract.

Absolutely. The heart of downtown Chattanooga is still close enough for photos, a rehearsal dinner, welcome drinks, or a morning-after brunch, which is one reason our location stands out for couples bringing guests to Tennessee.

Your wedding can happen on our 200-acre property, while Chattanooga gives everyone plenty to explore before and after the main event. Guests can also choose between Chattanooga hotels, Cleveland hotels, and vacation rentals closer to the venue.
